My Background:

As a strategic finance professional with over 20 years of experience, I have honed my skills in leading and coaching high-performance teams to achieve effective, efficient, and transformative operations that support broader organizational strategic priorities.

In my current role as Founder and CEO of MCKERRALL CPA, I provide consulting and fractional CFO services to help organizations achieve their financial and operational goals.

Prior to my current role, I served as Chief Financial Officer and Associate Vice-President Finance at Sheridan College, where I was accountable to the Board of Governors for all financial matters.

Before joining Sheridan, I spent 8 years at Mohawk College, where I held various roles including Associate Dean of Continuing Education and Director of Operations.

My career began at the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board, where I spent 8 years in various roles. I developed high levels of political acuity through experience in contentious issues such as school closures and property sales.

In addition to my professional experience, I hold a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and am a Chartered Professional Accountant. In my spare time, I am an active volunteer in my community, serving on various committees and boards.
